ELITE TRAINING

ELITE Training is built for high school and advanced-level athletes ready to push their limits. Choose a training plan that aligns with your goals and schedule. We offer monthly sports performance memberships with flexible training options—train 1x, 2x, or 3x per week. Modify your membership each month to fit your needs and stay on track.

ELITE 12 Session

3x/week

Month-to-Month Membership which includes up to 12 training sessions each Month. The recommended training frequency is 3x per week.

ELITE 8 Session

2x/Week

Month-to-Month Membership which includes up to 8 training sessions each Month. The recommended training frequency is 2x per week.

ELITE 4 Session

1x/week

Month-to-Month Membership which includes up to 4 training sessions each Month. The recommended training frequency is 1x per week.

Prep Training

PREP Training is built for middle school athletes and those new to performance training. This program lays the foundation and prepares athletes to progress into ELITE-level training. Choose a plan that fits your goals and schedule. We offer monthly sports performance memberships with flexible group training options—train 1x, 2x, or 3x per week. Modify your membership each month to stay aligned with your routine.

PREP 4 Session

1x/week
