Pick a training plan fit to your goals. We offer monthly sports performance group memberships that align with your preferred training frequency, 1x-4x per week. You can modify your membership on a monthly basis to accommodate your schedule.
12 Session Membership (3x/Week)
Month-to-Month Membership which includes up to 12 training sessions each Month. The recommended training frequency is 3x per week.
8 Session Membership (2x/Week)
Month-to-Month Membership which includes up to 8 training sessions each Month. The recommended training frequency is 2x per week.
4 Session Membership (1x/Week)
Month-to-Month Membership which includes up to 4 training sessions each Month. The recommended training frequency is 1x per week.
