The Middle School Sports Performance Program is designed for athletes grades 6th - 8th who want to develop their:
The program is personalized to accommodate the unique requirements of each athlete, including their age, training background, goals, injury history, sport, and season.
During each 60 minute session, athletes will engage in dynamic mobility drills, speed development, agility, fundamental strength and power exercises, and conditioning.
Sessions are done in a small-group setting with other driven, like-minded athletes who share similar goals. Training sessions are limited to 8 athletes to ensure each athlete receives individual coaching.
Based on the athletes goals and schedule, they will select a training plan of 4, 8, or 12 sessions each month. This is a month-to-month commitment which can be changed or paused at any month.
Overall, the program aims to provide young athletes with the tools and resources they need to reach their goals and develop a strong foundation for their long term success.
