Initial Session
First, you'll meet with your coach who will walk you through the agenda for the session. Then, the coach will answer any questions you might have about the program.

Initial sessions are done during normal sessions to allow the prospective athlete to have the full experience of the program.
After the session, we can determine the next best steps. Based on your goals, schedule, and sport season, we will make a decision on which training plan is best fit for you.
