Our High School Sports Performance Program is designed for athletes grades 9th-12th who want to enhance their
The program is personalized to accommodate the unique requirements of each athlete, including their age, training background, goals, injury history, sport, and season.
During each 60 minute session, athletes will engage in dynamic mobility drills, speed development, agility, explosive power, functional strength training, and conditioning.
Sessions are done in a small-group setting with other driven, like-minded athletes who share similar goals. Training sessions are limited to 8 athletes to ensure each athlete receives individual coaching.
Based on the athletes goals and schedule, they will select a training plan of 4, 8, or 12 sessions each month. This is a month-to-month commitment which can be changed or paused at any month.
Overall, the program aims to provide athletes with the tools and resources they need to reach their goals. Whether athletes want to make the varsity team, earn a Division 1 scholarship, or simply improve their skills, we are committed to your success.
